Greensols Australia (GSA) is an Australian Company that was incorporated in January 2007 by its Parent Company, C&R Consulting in response to the overwhelming success we were experiencing in developing our patent protected carbon dioxide (CO2) capture technologies.

In response to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) working group and their findings, coupled together with the Kyoto Protocol, GSA was determined to find a practical solution to Climate Change.  With over eighty years scientific experience it was clear the solution was not far away.

Our purpose is to create long-term value through the discovery and development of technological advances to dramatically increase the global sustainability of our natural resources.  It is our strong belief that we are all responsible to the communities in which we live and work and to the world community as a whole.  We accept responsibility to inspire and deliver positive change in the face of adversity and continuously strive to improve our performance.

Our Scientists have been working on carbonate precipitation processes for many years.  Over the last ten years the focus of study has been the controlled precipitation of carbonate materials from a seawater / brine solution as a method of permanently and safely capturing atmospheric carbon dioxide into a stable, low solubility mineral form.  We are now able to achieve the precipitation of these materials in a consistent, pure, and compositionally reproducible manner.

Our aim is to promote the concept of sustainable development through advanced and innovative environmentally sound technologies.  GSA technologies allow economies to comply with the requirements of the Kyoto Protocol within the construct of the free market economy.  We are providing a market driven approach to the large scale permanent fixation of atmospheric CO2 _.
