Dr Cuff is considered one of the world's leading chemical/carbonate mineralogists and has gained international recognition for his expertise on the precipitation of minerals and the interaction of soil and water under tropical conditions.

Dr Cuff has served as Scientific Advisor to the Ministry of Energy (UK), Director of the Advanced Analytical Laboratory (QLD), Director of the National Key Centre in Economic Geology (QLD), Dean of Science (JCU), Principle of Nlambda Analytical Pty Ltd, Principle Director of C&R Consulting – Geochemical and Hydrobiological solution specialists. Dr Cuff has gained recognition by the Environmental Protection Agency as qualified to sign off on contaminated sites.


Dr Cecily Rasmussen - Executive Director - Senior Scientist
PhD BA (Hons 1 Geomorphology)

Dr Rasmussen is an environmental geomorphologist with over 16 years experience in marine, coastal, river and aquaculture studies.

Dr Rasmussen has specialised in environmentally significant issues including coastal erosion, industrial and urban impacts on river systems, large scale movement of sediments to the Great Barrier Reef, and the retrieval and interpretation of geochemical records from coral skeletal material.

She has been contracted/retained to provide professional advice to the private sector and to Local, State and Federal Governments, and has published more than 6 comprehensive academic papers.


Mr Glen Deublé - Executive Director - Chief Executive Officer

Mr Deublé is an acknowledged change agent in the successful management of Businesses, having held senior management positions in the Finance Sector (WA), as well as in the fields of production, distribution, logistics and procurement across Australia.

Mr Deublé has studied extensively at the Open Learning Institute in Queensland; the James Cook University in Queensland, the Australian Institute of Management in Western Australia; as well as MBA studies at Curtin University GSB.

Mr Fleeton is a Qualified Engineer and a Gold Builders Licence practitioner, holds a Post graduate Diploma in Applied Mathematics and a diploma in Arbitration and Conciliation (NSW).  Mr Fleeton has over 30 years direct experience in the building and construction industry, he is a certified Professional Witness, Advisor and Arbitrator to the Supreme Court of NSW (Building).
